Starr Ranch Winery

At the outset, our raison d'être was to find vineyard land (terroir) capable of producing grapes of the highest quality. We have devoted eleven years now to achieving our original objective of producing some of the best fruit in Paso Robles.

We proceeded to winemaking only after the vineyard goals were met. Our winery complements our vineyard, not the other way around. All grapes that go into our bottles are monitored and grown by the proprietor, picked and fermented in ultra-small quantities. This allows for a level of attention and care that is seldom found in the industry.
